Everyone understands the old adage that when change occurs we have two choices - adapt or die. Then why is it that when an organization is undertaking a major change, the staff seems bound and determined to choose the latter?
This workshop will unlock the neuroscience of change management.This workshop is included in our Nonprofit Management Certification series and will fulfill 3 hours in the Organizational Mangagement competency area.
