Eva’s Heroes was founded in 2006 by actress Eva Longoria as a tribute to her own intellectually disabled sister.  The organization is dedicated to enriching the lives of those with developmental challenges by providing an inclusive setting built on four tenets: interact, play, grow and love. The organization helps children and young adults between 14-22 years of age with special needs integrate and flourish in society.  Along with recreational activities and an after school program, Eva’s Heroes will provide other family services such as counseling, parenting workshops, and sibling support groups.  For more information, please visit www.evasheroes.org.
