The San Antonio Area Foundation Board of Directors are representative of the rich business, civic and cultural diversity of our community. They are community leaders who are involved in numerous organizations and philanthropic endeavors benefiting all segments of San Antonio.  This demonstrated diversity and commitment to philanthropic endeavors enhances our ability to function as conveners, responsive grant makers and stewards of the assets entrusted to us by our donors.  The Board establishes policies, sets organization-wide priorities and program strategies, and ensures that the financial stewardship and operations of the Area Foundation are conducted with integrity and accountability.
