Each year in the competitive grants process, we receive numerous applications from nonprofit organizations in Bexar and surrounding counties. Because the need far exceeds the resources, we are unable to fund all requests. And while we may have complete confidence in particular organizations, we may only be able to partially fund their request.
“Partners in Philanthropy” provides you the opportunity to see the needs that have been evaluated, investigated and approved by Area Foundation committees and by the Board of Directors. You may make a gift to the Community Fund of the San Antonio Area Foundation specifying the organization and project you wish to fund. Imagine an organization’s surprise and delight when your extra gift arrives enabling them to better serve our community! |
